Are these meetings virtual or in-person?

All meetings are held virtually for your convenience, so you can connect from anywhere.

How long do the meetings last?

Each appointment type varies, but most calls last between 20 to 45 minutes.

Is there a cost for booking a call?

No, these calls are completely free and designed to provide you with value, insight, and clarity on your financial needs.

As the founder and CEO of TGC Wealth Advisors℠ and TGC Agency℠, I’ve revolutionized the way insurance and annuity strategies are used in growing, protecting, and accessing your wealth. My philosophy is simple yet powerful: "We don't sell insurance... We use it, to turn your risk into wealth."

With over two decades of experience generating multi-million dollars in sales at industry giants like Xerox, Kaiser-Permanente, and Humana, I discovered that true success comes from solving client problems; not pushing products. This revelation inspired me to create a unique process of proactively turning risks into wealth for business owners, individuals, and families to secure their financial legacy through strategic insurance & investment solutions.

My leadership extends beyond our firm’s walls. As President of the National African American Insurance Association-Metro DC Chapter and Board Member of the Greater Baltimore Black Chamber of Commerce, I'm actively shaping the future of industry.

Professionally, my network includes memberships in prestigious organizations like the Howard County (MD) Estate Planning Council and the Association of Black Estate Planning Professionals.

My academic credentials include a BS in Marketing from Hampton University. And an MBA from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, where I remain deeply involved. As the national president of JHCBS's Black Alumni Network and a member of the Dean's Advisory Council & the Under Represented Group Advisory Board, I'm committed to fostering diversity in graduate business education.

Baltimore, MD is more than my birthplace—it's my home. Here, I share a life with my wife Mavis and our blended family of four children. Plus, our cherished granddaughter, Aneyah. When I'm not leading the company or serving our community, you'll find me on the golf course with some of my fraternity brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi’s Metro Kappa Golf League, immersed in leadership literature, enjoying jazz, exploring new wines, or cheering on the Ravens.
